General provisions

1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legal document binding on the parties, which determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase and payment of goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the responsibilities of the parties and others related to the purchase - sale of goods related provisions.

1.2. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.

1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer pays the required amount for the purchased goods.

Protection of personal data

2.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of fulfilling the order. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer informational messages necessary to fulfill the order of goods would be sent to the e-mail address.

2.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent State institution in the cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.

Buyer's rights and obligations.

3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.

3.2 Provide full, complete and correct information to the Seller. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order.

3.2. If the Buyer's data provided to the Seller changes, the Buyer must notify the Seller immediately.

3.3. The buyer has the right to refuse the contract of purchase and sale of goods, in accordance with the provisions set forth in point 8 of these rules.

3.4. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and the established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Seller's Rights and Obligations.

4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy right to the Buyer's personal information, and will not transfer it to third parties.

4.3. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the website without notifying the Buyer in advance.

4.4. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.

Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, deadlines.

5.2. Orders are accepted using the order forms available at www.stiliste.shop. All product prices in the online store are indicated in euros, including VAT.

Delivery of goods.

6.1. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

6.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

6.3. Goods are delivered to the Buyer using DPD Pick-up postal machines, Omniva postal machines.

6.4. Goods are prepared for the Buyer within 1-3 working days after payment.

6.5. In Lithuania, goods are delivered within 1-3 working days.

6.7. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

6.7. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unordered goods or the wrong quantity of them, incomplete product package.

6.8. The buyer must e-mail to provide the Seller with photos of the damaged package and/or item(s) by mail.

6.9. If the goods are returned to the Seller due to the fault of the Buyer with an incorrectly specified or inaccurate address, or if the goods are returned to the seller without taking them from the post office within the maximum storage period, the Buyer must pay the costs of re-shipment to the Seller, and if the goods were returned from the post office or courier - cover the Seller and the goods return costs. If the buyer refuses to re-accept the shipment (that is, after demanding a refund for the goods), the money for the shipment is not returned to the buyer.

Product quality, guarantees.

7.1. All the details of the goods sold at www.stiliste.shop are indicated in the product description attached to each product.

7.2. The quantities of goods shown in the shop in the photos are not always related to the price of the goods - the price of more than one unit of goods may be shown. The color of the goods may vary slightly depending on the monitor used by the Buyer.

7.3. The seller can provide an appropriate quality guarantee for individual types of goods, the specific term and other conditions of which are specified in the product description.

Marketing and information.

9.1. The seller www.stiliste.shop can organize various promotions and offers.

9.2. The seller has the right unilaterally, without separate notice, to change the conditions of the shares, as well as to cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the shares shall be effective from the moment of their change or cancellation.

Final Provisions.

10.1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
